Applicants should possess domicile of Jharkhand state and must be an Indian National.
Contenders should complete their 10th or its similar qualification from any Valid board or institutions.

Through offline way For General / OBC applicants must need to pay an examination fee of Rs. 650/- and for remaining candidates should pay Rs. 325/- only.
