Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means MCM Scholarship 2016:  Its main intention is to assist the poor brilliant students who cannot afford for their higher education in West Bengal State. Swami Vivekananda MCM scholarship will give the financial assistance to the talented students to study higher secondary education, Diploma course, UG – under Graduate courses and PG – Posts Graduate level courses. This Merit-cum-Means Scholarship will be awarded to the students who have good academic scores and unable to spend money for the higher education learning process because of economical problems.

Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship 2016 Eligibility Criteria:

Who can apply for this West Bengal Swami Vivekananda MCM scholarship?

1. Both Male and Female Brilliant students can apply for this scholarship
2. Only West Bengal Native students can apply for this scholarship
3. Capable and ambitious aspirants who are continuing their Higher Secondary Education, Courses at Diploma level, Under Graduate and Post Graduate Level courses can apply for this Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship.

Domiciled and studying in WB State:

Aspirants of Post Maadhyamic levels in regular academic courses who are West Bengal natives and pursuing in any college or institution of WB state after completing his course from the WB state Board or council of secondary board or Higher Secondary Edcn and Madraasah Shiksha Parisad or a University of WB state established by the West Bengal State government act will be allowed to apply for this Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship 2016.

Swami Vivekananda MCM Scholarship 2016 – Educational Eligibility Conditions:

Aspirants must attain at least 75% marks in Maadyamic Pareekshaa (X Class) or its similar.
Capable candidates who are joined in XI class after passing Maadyamic Pareekshaa or it similar exam in 2015 will be allowed to apply for this Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship.

UG – Under Graduate Students:
Candidates who are admitted in the 1st year of UG courses after completion of the Higher Sec Exam or its equal exam in the academic year 2015 can allowed to apply for this West Bengal Swami Vivekananda MCM scholarship.

Aspirants need to attain at least 75% of marks.

Diploma Level Courses (Polytechnic):

Ambitious aspirants who are joined when passing-out in Secondary (M.P.) Exam or its similar as stated above in 2015 for 1st yr Diploma level course (Polytechnic course) are fit for Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means MCM Scholarship 2016

H.S. Exam or its similar for Diploma course in Pharmacy / Modern office practice & Management of two yr course duration and after completing ‘West Bengal State Council of Vocational Edcn and Training courses which is similar to H.S. Examination for second year Diploma courses (Polytechnic) on lateral entry basis will be capable to apply this Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship 2015 – 2016

Aspirants need to attain 75% marks in previous academics.

Post Graduate level scholarships:

55% marks in Honors subjects at the UG level academics.
Aspirants who joined in the 1st yr class of PG Course in general edcn after completing the Under Graduation with Honours in 2015 will be capable to apply this Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship 2016.

Candidates Annual Income Criteria:

Person whose annual family income is Rs. 80,000 or less may apply for this scholarship.
Desirous students parental yearly income must be Rs. 80,000 or below inluding all sourses are allowed to apply this WB MCM scholarship.

West Bengal Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship 2016 Payments:

Higher Secondary level – Rs. 500 each month
Under Graduate (UG) level scholarships- Rs. 750 to Rs.1500 each month
Diploma Courses (Polytechnic) level – Rs. 750 each month
Post Graduate (PG) level scholarships Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1400

The students who are availing the Swami Vivekananda MCM Scholarship 2016 will not be allowed to get any other financial help through any scholarship or stipend from the state or central govt for the presently pursuing academic course.

Renewal of Swami Vivekananda Scholarship 2014:

If the candidate wants to renew this Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means MCM Scholarship 2016 he has to complete a “continuity Certificate” from the college Head and and deposit it with the requisite scholarship providing authorities in a month from the date of joining to the next class.
This application need to submitted with in a month after promete to the next academic year class

Higher Secondary level: 60%
Graduation: 60%
Post Graduation: 60%

Payment of Scholarship:

Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship 2016 will be paid by means of ESC. Aspirants need to have personnel bank AC no, IFSC number, MICR number of the bank. which is Nationalized
